Onfolk was born out of the frustration of being paid incorrectly, waiting 2 months to have your pension contributions updated, salaries being out of sync on an array of different tools, and pleading for password resets.

It became clear to us that a source of truth for people data was a very powerful thing for companies. Making painful and boring admin fall away. So that HR and finance teams can get back to high-level projects.

Our team are automators with experience building banks. We’re building a product we can be proud of and a lovely place to work.
